Final Art

I watch as the students focus and work so quietly on their pieces! The concentration and the skill has been growing all semester. I am so proud of their work! At the end of the semester, we have a “First Friday” showing for family and friends. The students come all dressed up to see their art work all displayed to be seen! The kids are often proud and shy at the same time. And it makes my heart smile for them. What a gift it is to watch the progression of their enthusiasm and their skill.

It is good to be a teacher.
